It's that time of the year again!
I could smell Eid even when it's still days away.. Especially with the smell of fresh homemade cookies.. Made this Butter Cookies or as we Malaysian call it, Samperit. Searched around for few recipes and with that I made few modification following Aunty Rohaya's tips, and there I have, the creamiest & buttery cookies that just melt in your mouth. The pain I endured pressing the cookie dough doesn't seem so painful anymore, especially after I tasted these babies. And also, they're just the prettiest little thing. Need to make few more batches of these cookies for Mama. Let's hope they still taste the same by the 3rd,4th,5th batch :D
